Windows 10: Slow booting with Win11

My desktop PC is extremely slow booting before it becomes functional....up to 10 minutes before I can open a program like AOL Gold to read my emails. The desktop opens up, internet connection is shown, but It will not open programs. After that period of time it seems to operate normally. My laptops boot in a minute or so.

Boot performance may slow can be due to corruptions. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Have you made any recent changes before this issue occur?
• Have you tried booting up your laptop in Safe Mode and check if the issue still persist?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Thanks ... very useful. Here is what I got ...

• Sure, my current boot method isn't right - using CSM
• Disk partition is off - fine ... just looking to install Win 11 to a brand new SSD and build my PC install around it might due boot between win10 and win11 for a while
• secure boot - I guess I can turn that on

Any suggestions? All I want to do is install Win11 on a new SSD and then think about which PC to put it in. Does it really matter if the installing PC isn't up to snuff / specs?
