Windows 10: Slow computer after installation

Because of external reasons I had to reinstall my perfect working Windows 10. Now I have a system that works slow. Slow as in click an icon, and nothing happens for some time. Open a mail in Outlook and you see "Outlook not responding" for a time before the mail is opened. Today I started an MMORPG online game and was staring at my monitor for 28 minutes! And according to my Task Manager my system was spooling along at less than 20% CPU. Clearly have a system in confused state. What are my options to get a responsive system back? Re-reinstall?

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.
