Windows 10: Slow Computer

I have the following: Dell Inspiron3647, 8GB RAM, 1TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive, Processor: 4th generation Intel R Core TM i.-4150, processor 3m Cache, 3.5 GHzWindows 10 and Microsoft Edge A month ago, I purchased and downloaded McAfee PC Optimizer because I was having slowness issues with my computer and the write up made it sound like the software would detect and fix all problems. My computer was slow to boot up, slow to load websites and slow to load programs like yahoo Mail, Word, Excell etc. I eventually uninstalled McAfee PC Optimizer because it made things worse. SLOWER

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.
