Windows 10: Slow Computer . . .

I have a Dell Laptop. Running Windows 10 pro. The problem I'm having is.
My computer is running, very s-l-o-w-l-y.

I'm not talking about, to the internet. I have, WiFi for that.
What I'm talking about is, locally. Stand alone.

Programs, etc. That are on this computer. Responed very, slowly!
Does Microsoft, have a program, or a document. To, "Help" analyze the problem?

Something, that would run a test, or explain how to do it? I don't know,
if this is related. But, I did a restart before this, and it took 10 minutes?

Any suggestions? Thanks for reading . . . Jerry

From the screenshot that you have provided, I understood that it’s not the issue with the disk usage. The slowness might be due to the memory usage.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to run maintenance task and check if it helps.
