Windows 10: Slow Download Speed - Flight Simulator 2020

Hi everyone! Finally after fixing the "Insert Game Disk" error by reinstalling Windows, I'm now downloading the game itself however I'm only getting speed of just 1mbps. I currently have a Fiber-optic 200mbps up/down connection and it works at 200mbps everywhere else but for whatever reason Flight Simulator 2020 is still stuck at 1mbps speed. Any potential solutions it? It would take me an eternity to downlead 106GB with 1mbps speed.

Or can u tell me if my speed link phantom hawk is compatible. I plug it in and game doesn't recognise it. So I configure the buttons but then its like a on and off switch for everything rather than being all smooth. It's full left or full right and full
