Windows 10: Slow download speeds from Microsoft Store

I have this issue where the Microsoft Store doesn't use even half of my bandwidth. I have tested this out multiple times where I download something on the Epic Games Store and get 70MB/s, but seconds later, I only get 35MB/s with the Xbox Gaming App/MS Store. I have looked at other threadshttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_store/microsoft-store-download-speed-painfully-slow/48d85a15-5f54-4d40-ae34-5b8b88f8bdcc and after doing the recommended steps to improve the download speed, it still runs under 40MB/s. Is there any solution to this?

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Why is Windows Store's download speed so slow?
• And also all by Jane La in the below: Microsoft Store Very Low Download Speeds

Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Update & security.
• Click Update history.
• Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
• Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).
