Windows 10: Slow download speeds on chrome and FS2020

So I've factory reset both of my PCs twice and with both of them, I get very slow download speeds after about 3 months. I get barely 1MB/s on chrome and on FS2020 I get 8-20mbps. Factory resetting is a solution but super annoying. I know it isn't my internet becuase I get about 450mb/s down and 25mb/s up. Could it be my ISP? Thanks for anyone who can help!

fs2020 data speed for update

i set the data speed in fs2020 to 5mbs because we have a slow internet connection. now it wants to update the software at 5mbs. can i get around the installation manager to reset this speed before doing the update. this will take days. i do my updates
at our library where the internet is faster, but even with the faster connection it is only downloading at 5mbs. and of course it won't let me into the game unless i update first.

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
  
• You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.
