    Slow in loading & Daily Puzzles are closed with red ribbon


    As soon as I try to open Magic Puzzles everything has slowed down to load. My Daily Puzzles are locked and closed with the red ribbon.I did follow all instructions and updated Magic Puzzles.

    Jigsaw puzzle will not load

    I am clicking on puzzle from collection, choosing level, it then comes up with loading screen, then it turns black with loading circle and then the programme closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not rectify the problem. Any
    suggestions?

    Unable to play daily puzzles in Magic Puzzle

    I play the daily puzzle every morning. Today it will not load and is just gone. I was on level 52 or 53 and have about 6 or 7 unsolved packs. Can you help get my puzzles back??
