Windows 10: slow intenet speed

Discus and support slow intenet speed in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; yestarday everything was ok but today from some reseon my youtube and other websites are really slow it takes a lot of time to load a good resoultion...     yestarday everything was ok but today from some reseon my youtube and other websites are really slow it takes a lot of time to load a good resoultion and to load pictures and pages. my brother played at the ps4 and he had problems with the internet too and we have fiber optic internet so it's not suppose to be close to this preformace. and i did speed test and it was my regular download and upload but it's takes a lot of time to download updates and apps. PLS HELP ME!!!

    For us to isolate the issue about having a slow internet speed, kindly respond to the questions below:

    • You mentioned that the issue occurred after updating to the Creators Update, may we know if other devices experience this slow Internet speed?
    • Are there any third-party antivirus applications installed on your device?

    Slow WiFi intenet speed after upgraded to Windows 10 Creators

    1. I have one more desktop computer has the same issue. Both computers are using Netis WF2910 AC1200 USB wireless network adaptor. The driver is Realtek 8812AU wireless LAN 802.11ac USBNIC, version 1030.11.503.2016, Driver Date 10/26/2016. 4 more laptops
    were also updated to Creators but don't have any issue. The upload speed of the 2 desktop computers keep about the same upload speed level as before, only download speed become very slow.

    I had one of the desktop rolled back to the previous version of windows 10 then the download internet speed came back to normal.

    2. All 6 desktop PCs and laptops have Norton Security 2017 installed. Disabled Norton Security make no difference for improving wireless internet speed.
