Windows 10: Slow internet and performance after resetting my pc

Hey... so I've got a problem. Few days ago a reset my pc. It only reset my C drive, but I don't think that's a big problem, because on D I only have games. The thing is, my computer is kinda slow now, it lags and is just slow. The same is for the internet. There's no way of playing online games, because it just lags my internet. I'm using ethernet cable. Problem isn't in internet, because when I'm not on the internet, it works on other devices pretty well, but when I start using my pc, it starts to lag it on every device. I wonder if it's because of virus I had before resetting. I tried to sea

Settings > Update & Security >
Windows update > View installed update history

Note:
Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS
settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.

Note: Resetting the computer to factory setting will remove all hard drive data and reinstall the original operating system. I suggest you all you backup
