    Slow internet on computer but not on any other devices


    Im having an issue where my pc is getting <1mbps speeds but everything else is getting the normal speeds. I've wiped my computer fully and tried https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/pc-has-slow-internet-but-all-my-other-devices-do/eb0afc1e-4fab-475d-b7a8-4a6f681816b5 everything in that thread and its still broken ive also replaced the router modem and ethernet cable. i also did the safe boot that the other thread recommended

    Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

    Hi Cody,

    Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

    • Outdated network adapter driver
    • Different Wi-Fi chipset
    • Computer processing speed

    Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

    We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.
