Windows 10: Slow Internet On Windows

i have a problem , when i speed test on browser *all browser* its slow but when i download speed test on windows its fast , im using mobile hotspot the speed is good but its slow on browser and other app . im using window 10 pro

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
