Windows 10: Slow internet problem

Since last week,my hp laptop facing slow internet..it gets about 5-10 mbps,but fails to open a youtube video even in 144 p.As my laptop is quite old,i thought it is high rime to reset the pc.But when resetting pc,"failed to reset pc,no changes where made"are shown.I tried cmd programs but results are same.Now what should i do?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows icon key on the keyboard, type Troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on view all from left side panel of the screen.
• Select Internet Explorer Performance,
  click on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Step 2: If the issue persist, reset internet Explorer by following the steps from the link below and check if the issue is resolved.
