Windows 10: Slow laptop and letters missing a. Turning black

My laptop is takes a while to load. Opening chrome takes a couple minutes. I have tried deleting apps that i don't use anymore but it still takes a while. And yesterday i tried using my computer but letters were missing. I tried troubleshooting for the windows uptade instead of Cancel it says C. And when i go on an desktop application the text turns black. Does anyone relate to this issue/problem?

Keyboard repeats letters slow

I have a laptop with windows 10 on it and my laptop keyboard and my usb keyboard repeats letters slow i have filter keys on and I have tried to change the settings but it is still the same the driver is up to date but still does it. This happend by my
cat stepping on letters on my keyboard Please help!
