Windows 10: Slow Laptop

Hey all! I have an Acer Aspire a515. When i bought it for my mother about a year ago it was super quick and efficient. I used it to do a few things and it ran very well. She broke the screen on it somehow and gave it back to me. I’ve hooked it up to a monitor, but for some reason it’s very slow. The laptop takes 5-10 minutes to boot, and takes 3-5 minutes to launch anything. I did a clean install of Windows 10 yet it’s still extremely slow. I’m no tech noob and I’ve done everything I can think of. I’ve ran malware scans, i’ve ran task manager and watched the resource values to try and get idea

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
