Windows 10: Slow logging into Windows

Hi, I tried every troubleshoot to fix this, but whenever I log into my Windows profile, it takes almost 3 minutes for the desktop to show because the logging in takes a very longtime to load up.. Is there a way to fix it? I'm using Windows 10 Build 19042.658 on my Computer.

I meant log in time not boot up time.... boot up is already fast but when log in by entering the password, very slow to see the desktop screen.

As per the above info, I suggest that you Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's performance, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running
at the same time.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Run maintenance task under
  System and Security.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
