Windows 10: Slow login, >1 minute spent in 'Welcome'

Hi,I have recently noticed that login 'welcome' takes more time than usual now >1 minute. After login fingerprint, face, etc, the 'Welcome' with the dotted circle take a minute. I have followed all what is recommended in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-taking-insanely-long-time-to-boot-and/9f68d7f0-742a-48fa-9dde-a7b8a241404b , but no change. Windows update says I am up to date. How to see what service in the login takes that much time? Enable boot log gives files but not times.br,Kaido

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Did the repair tool leave a log showing what it actually did ? , it would be useful to see what the issue actually was.
