Windows 10: Slow login time after entering pin code

The problem occurs randomly and I can't understand why this happens. After a clean install, logging in after entering the pin code is instantaneous, but after a while it takes a long time to log in after entering the code you have to wait for the dots to spin many times before the desktop appears. At first the problem occurred a week after a clean install, I decided to reinstall again and the problem occurred after an hour.I've tried dism, sfc, local and online Microsoft account, turned off and on fast startup - all this doesn't help. Entered wrong PIN code

I am new to the PC and Windows world.

I bought a new program and it downloaded but I can not install it because i entered the wrong PIN code too many times when I tried to open it. Tried to restart after following the steps for PIN code change. Same message again, enter PIN code.

Unable to reset PIN code for login,

Yesterday, I got a problem with a key being phantom pressed, which is fixed. This leads into my problem.

The phantom presses made my PIN code invalid because it incorrectly entered it too many times, and now I can't login with a PIN. Is there any way to re-enable the PIN code?

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
