Windows 10: Slow Motion and Frame Save feature High brightness after saving

When saving a slow motion segment from a video with the Photos app my video/photo appears washed out/gamma higher, this also happens when selecting a frame to save as a photo. I've already repaired, reset, used the powershell command "Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}", updated windows to 21H2, my graphics driver is updated to the latest and there are no settings I can see in my NVidia control panel that would alter the brightness, everything is default and this happened a fe

Error while saving slow motion video file

I'm trying to save slow motion video file that I downloaded from Movie &TV app. However I get an error ‘An error occurred, please try again”.

Windows 10 photo edits video with Slow motion, cannot save

Thanks for prompt reply. I did the windows troubleshooter apps, and it says windows store apps may have corrupt cache and license. I did fix that, but still not help.

The apps I used was Microsoft Photos. What I did is:

1. Open the video(*.mp4) by Movie&TV.

2. Select edit in Photo with "create slow motion video"

3. Edits the slow motion.

4. Click Save a copy

5. Something went wrong windows pop out.

Recent updates, after I open the photos directly and import this video, I can now save my slow-motion edits.
