Windows 10: Slow network connection Windows 11 when using Windows lockscreen

Notebook: Lenovo P14sSystem: Windows 11After booting the notebook I get full networkspeed for LAN and WLAN.Problem: When I go to windows lock screen or when I use windows sleep mode or when I use windows hibernation mode and log in to windows desktop again the networkspeed LAN and WLAN is reduced. There is also a delay in almost every network based action. As a result many microsoft services like power platform or azure ad often fail and I have to reload the pages again and again.At work the speed is reduced from 300-400mbs to 5-10mbs, at home from 80-90mbs also to 5-10mbs - both wired and

Slow internet connection from Wifi - Network adaptor

Slow internet connection could be due to outdated network adapter driver or Wi-Fi signal interruptions.

We would like to know some additional information to better isolate the issue:

• Have you tried updating your network adapter driver?
• Do you have any anti-virus or 3rd party security app running?
• Is your computer updating Windows or other programs?
• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
