Windows 10: Slow Nvme

Discus and support Slow Nvme in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Benchmark Good, but on copying files, playing games, it is always 100% utilization and slows down entire pc. Could be my nvme fault?... Discussion in 'Windows 10 Gaming' started by Giyaahhh, Jan 18, 2024.

    Benchmark Good, but on copying files, playing games, it is always 100% utilization and slows down entire pc. Could be my nvme fault?

    Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

    I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

    Will I lose dual-booting if I clone HDD to NVMe using Macrium?

    NavyLCDR - interesting suggestion - connect the NVMe drive before running the steps in the amazing article I linked to? Just to see that the 7010 (in each of Win 10 and Win 7 booting from the HDD) recognizes the NVMe for storage purposes, and that therefore each Win has the drivers for the Samsung NVMe? I like it.

    Windows 10 fast boot, very slow reboot

    Assuming the other disk is ok, please review the rest of that thread which might stimulate thought.
    x370 Gaming Pro Carbon NVMe slow boot

    Beyond that, you'd need help from someone with experience with that or a similar MBO... and you could try a MSI forum of course.

    Glad I could suggest the first useful step forward.
