Windows 10: Slow Online Gaming and Brightness not working

I have no idea what has happened to my PC. I used to get fast Online gaming speeds, then i updated to Windows 10 Pro. I realized I immediately got fast browsing but, EXTREMELY slow Online gaming. The brightness on my PC is at the max and when I attempt to turn it down, it doesn't work. It shows on the top left that my brightness is being turned down when it actually isn't. These 2 problems i have discovered 2 days after i upgraded to windows pro. All I know is that my father updated it for me and maybe he did something but I don't know. This is a problem I cannot fix, I usually do Online Gaming and I am unable to do it in high speeds now.


If anyone has ANY idea what on earth has happened and or what I'm supposed to do to fix this, I would greatly appreciate that.

On my Dell 5559 Windows 10 , brightness not working.

Have tried few steps from youtube videos but did not work.

Please guide.

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
