Windows 10: Slow pc, then spinning dots and wont boot after i installed a new ssd, help

Help, i installed a new ssd and removed my hard drive, i transferred the contents onto the ssd. All was fine until i booted up my pc earlier, most softwares were stuck not responding and the pc was slow in general. When i tried to restart it got stuck, i left it for a maybe an 1hr before holding the power button down and forcing it to shut off. My pc is now stuck on the spinning circles after the asus sign. Please help

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

"Transfered" how ?

To install a new drive theres a whole process to go though if you want to use that win installation on a new drive and have that new the default boot drive

Basically you use cloning software to clone the old drive to the new, amd when the clone completes, immediately shut down, then remove the old drive, to then boot
