Windows 10: Slow pc

Ok. My pc was running completely fine exept my gpu was ideling a bit too high for my liking. I decided to install amd overdrive to make it so i could control my gpu's fan and keep it cooling. I installed it all fine but when i ran the setup desk top icon the progam said it didnt work because i had an intel processor. I proceeded to uninstall overdrive and restart my pc. But when i restarted it everything was and is soooo slow. Like i can't see the words im ttping slow. Anyone have any answers?
