  1. Slow PC

Hello, I reinstalled windows 10 today, installed drivers and some basic programs like 7zip and gimp. I
immediately noticed that my PC works really bad compared to how it worked before that reinstall. It takes about one minute (it might seem low but before reinstallation I could literally start working right after desktop poped up) until I can start using it and even after then programs stutters and overall everything feels really slow. I have newest bios, drivers and windows version. I would like to fix this problem without reinstalling cause that's pretty annoying to set everything up again and again. My specs: MSI B450M Gaming Plus, Ryzen 5 2600 @ 4GHz, G.Skill Aegis 16GB @ 3000MHz, RX 580 4GB, GoodRam CX500.
