  1. Slow performance after Service Stack 10.0.19041.1161 installed

While on vacation my computer started running extremely slowly on 8/12/21. I have noticed Service Stack 10.0.19041.1161 was installed on that date and then 2 subsequent updates each day after. I've tried to roll back these updates, but can't seem to do so. Has anyone run into this issue? If so, do you know how it can be fixed? It has rendered my Surface Pro virtually unusable it's so slow.

    :)

  3. servicing stack updates

    Hi Neville,

Servicing stack updates are not listed in the Update History. A workaround is to install the newest cumulative update, which requires your device to have the latest servicing stack update Installed. If it says the update is not applicable provided it is for
your version and architecture, it probably would mean you do not have the latest SSU.

    Hope that helps.
