Windows 10: Slow response after boot

Slow response after boot GLOSSARY TM = Task Manager FE = File Explorer TB = Taskbar The system "churns" for 15+/- minutes after booting. During this it shows the following "progress bar"The program that I use to crop this won't run to completion. The part in the middle with the green bar is what I'm referring to. It move slowly left-to-right until it gets to the far end. I don't know whether this has anything to do with the central issue. The taskbar is visible and populated with the usual apps, but none of them respond for a while. Right-click the FE icon in the TB sometimes gives no resp

As per your query, I suggest you to Run Maintenance task

The Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running at the same time.

Follow the below steps.

  Press Windows + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Run maintenance task under
  System and Security.
  
•
