    Slow shut down problem in my new PC


    I have a new PC with Windows 10 home 64 bit, running on the hardware with 120 GB SSD , Nvidia 720 graphics card and intel i3-4160T CPU.

    First two days it was fast enough to shut down and start up within 12-16 seconds.But from now my PC had came into a software problem , that is , now it take 30- 55 seconds to shut down , but start up is still the same takes 12 - 16 seconds

    Please help me to overcome this problem.

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
