Windows 10: slow startup - session init

hello everyone, stumbled here after a few google searches about my issue.
after the latest batch of updates, which include windows 10 to last version, my video card's firmware and a few other I've encountered a very slow boot.
after reading a few threads here I came to install WPR and extracted the log:

I don't have experience on how to read the analysis so I thought of uploading it here for suggestion.
I can see there's a lot of time wasted during the 'session init' phase but can't seem to understand what's causing this.
I rarely use 3rd party drivers as wupdate does all the job for me, what could be the issue?

I am experiencing slow boot on windows 10. The boot time was close to 200 seconds initially when i started diagnosing it. Now, after reading few posts here, i have manged to reduce it to 82 seconds. Thanks Zinou!

I followed this post and executed the xbootmgr -trace boot -prepSystem -verboseReadyBoot command. (High CPU when first starting the laptop). This brought down my boot time from 200 seconds to 82 seconds.

Can this boot time be reduced further? I still see high boot time in Session Init and Winlogon Init.

My config:
Dell Inspiron 5770
Intel i7 8550U
1 TB HDD
AMD Raedon 530

Slow Startup

Does anybody know why I am having really slow system startups? I don't have extra startup programs than I use to have. The only thing that I think it could be is my antivirus program. I use AVG now since I reformated 2 days ago..and every since then, I have a really slow startup..I don't know if that is the reason..Does anybody have any suggestions, on how to speed my startup? I use to be able to be on my desktop screen in like 35-40 seconds at most. And now it is way over a minute. Any help would be gr8.

How do I do a fixed ip?, and KetXXX I have tried doing to defrag and all,

and about the Creative thing, it is slow startup, even before I installed the drivers back in.
