Windows 10: Slow system for some reason

Hello,There is something weird about my pc you see i use ASUS TUF GAMING A15 its laptop with GTX 1660TI 6GB GPU and RYZEN 7 4800H PROCCESR but for some reason my system is slow not that slow i can still use it but it just annoys me how strong machine run operating system slow do you know how to use the full power of the device btw my system is using the integrated graphics is it okay? im still trying to fix my grammar feel free to tell me if you dont understand
