Windows 10: Slow transfer speed over home network on 1 PC

I have a few computers on a wifi home network, all running windows 11 or windows 10. Internet speed is very good for all the PCs, and copy speed over the network is good between all computers except one.This problematic PC windows 11 has good speed connecting to the internet 40Mbps down and 3.6Mbps up but when I try to transfer file from this computer to the others on the network I'm around 350kbps with drops to 0.I've run the troubleshooters network adapter, incoming connections but they can't find a problem or haven't got enough information.I've also done an Advanced Network Setting>

This seemed to work for me:

Disabling “Large Send Offload (LSO)”

Large Send Offload is a technique of improving network performance while at the same time reducing CPU overhead. Apparently it does not work very well, so it was suggested to disable it. If you would like to know about LSO, check this MSDN article from 2001 (Task Offload (NDIS 5.1) (Windows Drivers)).

LSO is an option located in a Device Manager under your network adapter, so this solution requires Administrator Privileges.

Follow these steps:
1.Open Start Menu, right-click on Computer and select Properties
2.Under Control Panel Home located on the left side of the window click on Device Manager
3.You will get a list of all devices on your machine. Expand Network Adapters.
4.Find your Network Card and double-click on it.
5.Select Advanced tab. You will get a list filled with different options.
6.Select Large Send Offload V2 (IPv4) and set the value to Disabled
7.Do the same for Large Send Offload V2 (IPv6) if it is available
8.Click OK

After clicking OK, tried to send a file over the LAN network. Transfer speed started very slow, but it was gradually picking up speed. Decided to restart the computer and try to send that file again and this time it worked like a charm.

Now that sending of files worked as it should, also checked speed for receiving files. It turned out that it was still slow but all that was needed to fix was to disable Large Send Offload V2 on the other computer. Once done, problem was solved for receiving files as well.

Extremely Slow Transfer Speeds Over Network

I had an old PC in my office that I had put 2 SSDs in a RAID 0 array in. We ended up buying new parts, sans the SSDs and reusing those. I did not want to reinstall Windows 7 and tried to see if the PC would work without a clean installation. It did, I uninstalled all the drivers and installed the new ones. Everything seemed fine, except the transfer speeds over the network are extremely slow. It's a 100 MBPS switch we use, which should be about 11 MB/s, but this PC is getting about 17 KB/s. The SSD's transfer rate is fine when copying to itself. The speedtest results are fine too, it's only over the network that I have issue. What could be causing this?
