Windows 10: Slow Upstream

Discus and support Slow Upstream in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Been having this problem for 2 weeks now and that is slow Upstream, Downstream is fine.     Slow Upstream


    Been having this problem for 2 weeks now and that is slow Upstream, Downstream is fine. My ISP speed is 60/5 and my DS usually = 85-95Mbps while before this problem Upstream it was 7-8Mbps but now it goes from .5Mbps to 2 Mbps.

    I have had 2 tech visits, first one tested everything and concluded it was a system problem, allowing 24-48 hrs for resolution. Day 4 called for another tech. This tech changed all the cables with new connectors, measured everything, changed out the modem (arris 1602) and still the upstream is slow.

    Tried on different PC's (3) with different browsers and even my cell phone 3 feet away from the router. Bypassed the router and made a direct connection to the modem, with no improvement.

    The modem shows 4 channels for UpStream with the dBmv readings of 39,40,40,38.5. Downstream SNR's average 38db, power levels average -1 to +2db

    I would suggest you to go to Windows store app and download an app which will keep tracking of data upstream.

    Upstream traffic monitoring.

    Hi.

    Can anyone recommend a good tool for monitoring upstream traffic on my network. I am having issues with my upstream when downloading anything. If I have one download in progress I have virtually no upstream and if I have 2 simultaneous downloads in progress
    my upstream is non existent.

    I want to see if it is anything on my side if the network is using all the upstream hence causing this problem. If I can confirm there is nothing on my side I can go to my ISP and tell them it is their problem.

    Slow Upstream

    Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

    I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
