Windows 10: Slow windows 10 system

Hallo dear windows community, i need to explain all of my story before going into my main one. A 1-2 day ago i felt like my pc was slow while playing with some emulators Gameloop, LDplayer, Bluestacks i was using three of them so i decided to scan my computer and after that i installer a anti-virus program named ''Karspersky'' program It's web site: https://www.kaspersky.com.tr/ . Everything bad happend in my first try to scan. I have started to full pc all files scanning scan after 15-20 minutes, first my compture froze out and after restarting it i couldn't control my keyboard and

System slow down

Step 1: Run the System maintenance troubleshooter.

• Select System Maintenance.

• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
