Windows 10: Slowly running out of disk space - Cannot determine what's taking up disk space - System...

I had 105GB free on my C: drive, but after installing one WU Windows Update, it dropped down to 99,9GB. There's also Microsoft.SharePoint.exe process running, and it's stuck, consuming all the disk space. Now I have 99.2GB free. I cleaned up Prefetch, Local & Windows Temp folder, cleaned up the Recycle Bin, and even performed the Disk Cleanup program, still got 99.8GB free then. With regards system files, I can clean up 7.17GB, but something tells me doing so won't be good.Summary:I do not use Microsoft OneDriveI started losing disk space after installing a Windows UpdateDidn't install a

Taking into consideration that the free space is shrinking fast, it is possible that your system is creating restore points. To
delete restore points except for the recent one, simply follow the steps below:

• From the Cortana search box, type Disk Cleanup and click on the first result.
• Once the Disk Cleanup window appears, select the
  More Options tab.
• Under the System Restore and Shadow Copies column, click on the
  Clean up... button.

Once done with the steps, see if your disk space has expanded.

Try to run theSystem Maintenance Troubleshooter.

• 
  Press Windows key + W and type
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select view all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click System Maintenance,
  follow onscreen instructions.
  

I suggest you to run Check Disk which performs an analysis of the disk. Refer to the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type chkdsk /f and hit enter.

Apps & Features taking up 100GB of Disk Space

Hi Microsoft Community,

I have a Surface Laptop that has 120 GB of disk space, and of late notice that Apps & Features has taken up about 100GB of my disk space. When referring to it through Systems/Storage - it shows that App & Features has taken up 100GB, but in referring to
the list of apps listed, there's at most 30GB. What's puzzling is there about 70GB that I am not able to find which app is taking up all that disk space. Have done all the disk/system cleanup and the space wouldn't clear.
