Windows 10: Slui.exe duplicating

I just got this bug around 1 day ago and i cant even fix it When i open task manager i saw a bunch of window active client slui.exe NETWORK starting duplicating . When i check it from the network and starting duplicate when i connect to the wifi. It ruin my connection and take so much ram . Please some one give me an advice to fix this i was try using the command slmgr.vbs /dlv but it only stop when I disconnected the connection. Now i scare to plug the connection back cause it still duplicate when i have connections back. What should i do

SLUI does not work.

I have tried everything.

I have ran SFC scans on my PC like 8 times in one go.

Performed DISM cleanups 2 times.

CHKDSK 1 time.

It does not work. I need for help in activating Windows 10 1909.

None of the SLUI work.

SLUI, SLUI 3, SLUI 4, nothing!

I have found a site, but I don't know if it is safe and not a malware. It allows me to download .exe files for SLUI but I have no idea how to download them and run them.

Please help me. Also, please tell me if this site that I have posted above is safe to use.

DUplicate rundll32.exe in DCOM

Wondering could it be possible to get rid of the duplicate rundll32.exe entry from dcom. When opening dcom warning is shown (have clicked no recording).

 

Trying to run slui 4 but nothing pops up

@JoeNamco: adding .exe did not help. Capitalizing the program name did not help. In all cases, the Activation Wizard does not appear.

@Andre Da Costa: the very first step of that article says to run "slui.exe 4". As I explained, the slui tool is not working properly. When I try to run it, nothing happens; no window appears, no error appears, nothing.
