    Small 1px line flickering in the bottom of my taskbar.


    Hi, I am a laptop user and since yesterday I noticed that there's a line flickering after my Windows is loaded, which means the booting up screen does not have this issue.The issue appears at anywhere even, either when I'm gaming or not.I managed to temporarily solved the issue by changing the screen refresh rate from 144hz to 60hz but I would like to know if there's a permanent solving method. I am quite sure it is not a hardware related issue because it only starts to appear when I enter the Enter your password screen when I turn on my laptop.I tried reinstall the display drivers as wel

    Small 1px line flickering in the botom of the taskbar/screen under icons.

    I have small 1px line flickering in the bottom of the taskbar/screen under icons. Its not all the way trough but under the icons and some empty icon slot(separated in exact width).

    When I go in YouTube on full screen the is no line and everything is fine.

    When I minimized taskbar it is much less but I can still se it does it in some places.

    Games also don't have that problem.

    Also sometimes it stops.

    I did reinstall drivers. Everything is fully updated. I just built this computer.

    Any ideas?

    Taskbar Flickering Problem

    I've recently installed Windows 10 onto my PC and have been noticing one very big annoyance. In my taskbar, there has been a flashing accent line (accent lines are the rectangular coloured lines seen directly below an application on the taskbar). Sometimes,
    it occurs on an unoccupied space on my taskbar, and sometimes it happens to an existing app. When it happens on an existing app, the app icon just starts flashing a little. When I'm typing in a text field, the taskbar flicker disrupts this action and forces
    me to click again on the text field in order to type. Has anyone been experiencing the same problem? Please offer suggestions on how to fix this.
