Windows 10: small electric shock when touching usb port of laptop.

I sensed a small electric shock when I was plugging my mouse, the I touched the inside of the port and sensed the shock again. I have a acer nitro 5 laptop. Should I be worry?

If you can feel it, it's more than 5v.

I have a laptop that for some reason sends a small shock current when I either touch the port by accident, or touch the connectors on a cable or anything connected to it at the time (for example, ipod cable connected to USB port will shock me if i touch the ipod)

And it's not even a shock, it feels more like the current is running through to my fingers, a sort of tingling feeling.

It's very odd because it never did this before. Is this some sort of electric isolation problem? Is it something I can fix or have to send to repair somewhere?

It's a very small shock, I'm assuming because USB is only rated at 5V?

It is an HP laptop, don't have the model number off the top of my head.

anybody having same problem as me with getting an electric shock from the 6300 casing, i'm not talking megawatts but certainly noticeable enough to make your girlfriend scream. Usually when on charge or usb plugged in..... I don't want to send it away for repair
coz its such a great phone.......but if any one from nokia reading this and don't want any law suits coz the electric shock caused fire or something else then get in touch I'm willing to help but not give up my phone.
