Windows 10: Small Program Icons Popping Up on Pictures

Hi, I've been browsing some stuff on my computer and just found out that these small program icons show on the bottom right of a lot of my images. These definitely weren't here before and I recently installed a couple of updates, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. What do these mean?

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.

How can I preview my pictures with real picture small icon instead of blue standard window display icon?

 

Small icons setting won't change

I suggest that you change or uncheck Use small taskbar buttons by following the steps below:

• Right-click the Taskbar.
• Select Properties.
• In the Taskbar tab make sure that Use small taskbar is

• Click Apply and OK.

If the issue still persists, you can change the size of desktop icons.

• Right-click an empty space on the desktop.
• Select View and choose either Large, Medium or Small icons.
• Check if you can change the size of the taskbar button.
