Windows 10: Small white box in lower right of screen

This box just started appearing today. I have not installed anything new, nor run any virus scans until after the box appeared nothing found. I also have not changed the background or made any other display changes. There are no action items pending either. I rebooted but the box came right back as a blank box. Now it has the odd charset info in it. Any help is appreciated. Thx.

Second line is "Install now" "Install later"

There is nothing to tell me what the download is about or by who. Where is the Microsoft logo if this is the Windows 10 update?
