Windows 10: Small window popping up for half a second

Hi,Please could someone help - for the past few hours, my Lenovo Windows 11 laptop has been doing this strange thing where a small white window has been popping up in the centre of my screen for half a second then disappearing, and this is happening on average I'd say once every 2/3 minutes, which as you can imagine is getting increasingly annoying! There seems to be no pattern to it in terms of what I've been doing, as I've been on Microsoft, Google, and other programmes when the pop-up window has kept appearing. I've also done multiple scans/checked for updates and according to the Lenovo V

I suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Resize the app.

  Open the Start menu.
  
• 
  Right click on the icons (which are appearing small on your start menu) and click on Resize.
  
• 
  Select the option like small/medium/large/wide which you like. (Resize options vary from the app to app)
  

Step 2: If the particular app is missing/not there on Start menu.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type the app name in the search bar.
  
• 
  Once you see the pap name on the search bar, right click on it and click on Pin to start if the app is not there on Start menu. (you may click on Pin to taskbar also if you wish to pin the app to taskbar)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
