Windows 10: SmartAudio.exe Application Error/ Blue Screens

Hello, my 1 year old laptop ASUS S510UA has been blue screening and some times booting into BIOS instead of into windows. Sometimes before it crashes i get the error in the image below. I'm not sure if my RAM is dying/dead..... but my next semester of University starts in a week and i cant afford to replace this one after only a year. So far i have Hard Rest from within BIOS and reinstalled windows via a complete factory wipe. Neither of which have worked. ASUS were of no help as i live in Barbados, i'm hoping you guys can give me a solution.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
