Windows 10: smartphones not connecting windows 11.

any type of smartphones are not connecting in windows 11. Tried different cables and everything and when i tried the same thing in ubuntu on the same laptop it is working just fine without any problem usb drives are working just any type of smartphone is not working.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
