Windows 10: SmartScreen filter prevents an app

Discus and support SmartScreen filter prevents an app in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I frequently visit a banking website.     SmartScreen filter prevents an app


    I frequently visit a banking website. Every time SmartScreen prevents being unrecognized app from starting. I start it every time by pressing more info and then Run anyway. Is there any way by which I can add this website as an exception to SmartScreen filter so that it starts immediately bypassing the filter?

    turn Smartscreen off entirely?

    I've done all the steps to turn Smartscreen OFF but it STILL blocks certain files I attempt to download.

    Message: "This unsafe download was blocked by Smartscreen filter"

    Windows 10, Edge

    How can prevent this worthless filter from blocking these downloads?

    SmartsScreen filter

    We have developed a desktop app for Windows 10 - it has been certified and has a windows logo - it is also EV Code signed by Comodo - BUT - despite this it still activates the SmartScreen filter and display the software app as being 'HARMFUL'.

    We thought we had done everything to ensure it is OK - what else can we do to prevent users from getting the SmartScreen warning message? Help
