Windows 10: SMITE fails to start up. 0xc000007b error

Recently got windows 10 and loved however a few days ago something on my computer popped up after a 30 min SMITE round that said something along the line of a reader program not working properly. I ignored it because I figured it was a small glitch with the new OS that would be fixed. I went to SMITE and the following error popped up. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close the application. After I clicked OK there was to more pop ups telling me it was unable to start up correctly because of missing dll files. (I would like to point out that less than 15 minutes earlier I was playing the game fine). So even though it made no sense I reinstalled the dll files but the 0xc000007b error still appears. Luckily the other 2 were gone. Furthermore most of my steam games will not start up at all. No error appears but I think it is related. The following steam games fail to start up

Goat Simulator
One Finger Death Punch
Strider
Worms Reloaded (technically it works but my screen goes all wonky)
Dragon Ball Xenoverse
Rouge Legacy
Terraria
Super Meat Boy (it opens and then crashes immediatly)

windows 10 error code 0xc000007b

How do I fix error code 0xc000007b on windows10? I tried to start up my pc last night and it brought a blue screen saying "Recovery" your pc/device needs to be repaired... An unexpected error has occurred.... Error Code: 0xc000007b

 

Application Error

On start-up a message box comes up saying "AccelerometerSt.exe Application Error. Click cancel to close application Error code 0xc000007b".

How do I cure the problem?
