    SMPT ?

    What is the SMPT or whatever the letters are (Sympatico email) and where do I find it ?

    How do I add the OUTBOX folder to Sympatico email .

    unable to download PDF from my email account (pop/smpt)

    Why in outlook unable to download the PDF file? My email tt is pop/smpt, using Lumia 950xl in window 10, I had install PDF viewer.My other Lumia 640xl window 8.1 have the same email account but working smoothly.

    unable to download PDF from my email account (pop/smpt)

    When I try to open the PDF file it ask to search the app and install an app for this task, once I select YES the Lumia 950xl screen go to BLANK screen.
