Windows 10: Snagit printer doesn't work

Hello,I'm trying to help someone whose Snagit printer stopped working. I haven't been able to find much on this so I'm hoping someone here can help. It's a Windows 11 laptop in a corporate environment and the Snagit printer was working until the workstation was updated from Snagit 21.4.2 to Snagit 24.0.1.555. We tried reinstalling SnagIt and that didn't help. The user is trying to print a PDF to SnagIt, and the "Snagit 2024" printer is on the printer list and we can select it but nothing happens. Usually it comes up in the editor, which is installed and seems to otherwise work normal

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

my 3Dprinter doesn´t appear

My 3D printer doesn´t appear on when I open 3D builder on the left popup to choose printer.

Is it need to do any previous step?? I thought It was plug and play. the printer is an UP Plus2 from Tiertime so, it is one of the recommended partners manufaturers. any message of error just doesnçt possible to send the prin.
