Windows 10: Snap Windows don't have the frosted glass look

Hi,I bought this laptop two days ago but I've noticed that when I'm trying to snap a window, I can no longer see the blur effects that your supposed to see. Instead, there's a gray box. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Windows 9 Concept Makes Microsoft’s OS Look Stunning

The only glass I see is taskbar and caption bar. It's the same total transparency as on W8. No "frost" on the ice. Way lame. I tried one of the glass themes on W8 and I had to keep squinting to see if I had the mouse pointer on the caption bar. Looks like the W8 step backward is in cement now, like the Grauman's Chinese Theatre sidewalk.

Just to expound on Shawns reply.

Some elements of Aero Glass have been introduced.

ie.

- Frosted Glass on the Start and Taskbar

- Microsoft Officials did say they are working on other areas, no guarantees.

- Because there is no window padding, the frame of the window with exception of the title bar, there would be no glass effect to be applied.

Third party solutions might offer further improvements, so stay turned for those.

 

How did you get frosted glass window borders

Hi, was wondering how you managed to get a frosted glass aero type theme? I haven't seen one of them anywhere for Windows 10.
