Windows 10: Snapchat videos won't play on laptop

So I've transferred some of my Snapchat videos to a USB stick and was just checking they transferred properly, but when I click on them to play on my laptop I get a pop-up message that says "we can't open file name. This may be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect or the file is corrupt."I've tried opening with other video players on my laptop but it still won't work, the format is MP4 and other mp4 videos play for example ones I recorded on my camera, but none of my Snapchat videos play. I know they aren't corrupt because they play absolutely fine on my phon

Snapchat has a 3.9 rating on play store and not on the top 10 list so I can't say it is a very popular app lol

As said,MS can't do anything about it

• Have you encountered any network issues?

My Laptop won´t play any sounds when I connect it to LG soundbar through Bluetooth.

My Laptop won´t play any sounds when I connect it to LG soundbar through Bluetooth

The sounds will be still playing out of the laptop and there is not any output settings to set it to LG output.

On the LG soundbar I see the PC is connected but not any sounds.

I have tried to update drivers, but wasnt helpful.

Please recommend me something..
