Windows 10: Snip screenshot returns partial blank screen on second monitors

Hello, I have an issue: when I take a screenshot of a section that includes both monitor 1 and 2, the second monitor is not seen.

Returning Windows to Second Screen

Let's try to isolate the issue and see what is preventing you from using Windows to second screen. Kindly provide us the following information:

• When you turned on your computer, does it give you an extended display for both monitor screen and your laptop?
• Is your monitor screen already connected to your laptop before turning it on?
• What cable are you using to connect your second monitor to your laptop?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

 

Second Monitor is Blank after Windows 10

My setup is a Dell Inspiron 2350 with HDMI to second Monitor, a Dell P2815Q. After upgrading to Windows 10 and updating all drivers and Bios, my second monitor is blank. The system recognizes the second monitor and on very rare occasions, my second monitor
will work, but within a minute, it begins to derez, flicker and go black. I've tried new cable, different refresh rates, and screen resolutions with no luck. Any suggestions? There is no alternate video output rom the Inspiron to try. Thanks for any suggestions.

 

Print Screen and Snipping Tool does not capture Second Monitor in dual monitor. The image becomes black.

My Windows is in Portuguese and the "recorder" does not return any function.

If it does not solve, I will try to update the monitor driver (Dell U2410F) but it is strange that you can copy the screen separately with Alt + PrntScrn and the Snipping Tool does not allow it. And the Win + Print Screen return the second screen black.
