Windows 10: Snip & Sketch bottom right notification banner not showing up when duplicating display

Hi,I hope you're doing well!I realized Snip & Sketch bottom right notification banner does not show up when I duplicate displays Laptop screen and external monitor. However, the notification appears in action center. The display resolution is set to 1920x1080 Recommended.The bottom right notification banner does show up when I select Show only on 1 or Show only on 2 in Multiple Displays setting.Could you please guide me a way forward to fix this issue?Regards,Sanchit

Mail Notification Banners not showing

Hi,

Do you want to turn on this feature for Windows 10 Mail app or Outlook 2013?

If you haven't performed these steps to display the New Email Notification banner for messages that you receive please follow the below steps:

1. In the search option of the taskbar type “Notifications & actions settings” without quote and press enter.

2. In Notifications & Actions, Show app notifications should be “On”. If it is not, click to the slider to turn on.

3. Scroll down to Show Notifications from these apps and click on
Outlook.

4. Notifications should be “on”.

5. In the “Show notifications from these apps section” make sure Show notification banners should be “on” for Outlook 2013 application if you want to display banners in the lower right corner as messages arrive.

Note: The New Email Alert will only display when the message is delivered to the Inbox folder. If you want the alert to display for other messages you’ll need to make a rule to display the alert.

Snip & Sketch

Until a few days ago, I could evoke the snipping tool of Snip & Sketch (Windows key + Shift + S, without starting the app itself), and snip. immediately after snipping anything, a notification banner would appear, accompanied by a sound, and I could click
on it to open the app and edit the snip with it.

(BTW, this is still the behaviour of S&S on my laptop.)

in the last couple of days the behaviour changed: I can still snip, the image will still be loaded onto the clipboard, but no sound, and no banner.

(There is, in fact, a notification inside the notification center, but it's a much bigger hassle to use it).

I checked the settings:

S&S - all appears OK

Notification Center - Both the banner and the notification are ON; The notification sound is ON (to remind you - there is no sound in reality).

I tried resetting S&S. Did Not help. I couldn't find how to reset the Notification Center.

Could it be due to the fact that 2 days ago I performed a recovery for my Windows 10 pro? If so, why??

Is is just a coincidence?

How do I fix this annoying bug?

To enable notifications from the Snip & Sketch Tool:

• Start Settings
  
• Click on System
  
• Click on Notif‌ications & actions
  
• Find Snip & Sketch and set it to On
